If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bjbaje support immediately.
• Account Transfers: bjbaje accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or assigning your account to another individual is prohibited.

bjbaje reserves the right to decline a registration application or to close a registered account without prior notice where it determines, in its sole discretion, that eligibility criteria have not been met or that the registration poses a compliance risk.

bjbaje is required under its international licensing obligations to conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) on all player accounts. The KYC process is a non-negotiable component of using bjbaje's withdrawal services.

Players will be required to submit the following documents to complete KYC verification:

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Live Betting: In-play/live betting markets are subject to rapid odds fluctuations. Bets are accepted at the odds prevailing at the exact moment the bet is confirmed by the bjbaje system, not at the odds displayed at the moment the player initiates the bet request.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bjbaje platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on bjbaje, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or another person's identity or payment information during registration, KYC, or at any other time.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the bjbaje platform in any capacity.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the bjbaje platform, its servers, databases, or source code.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity corruption in connection with markets available on bjbaje.
• Colluding with other players, bjbaje employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain financial advantage. Any winnings derived from a known software error must be reported to bjbaje support immediately and will be voided if not reported.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward bjbaje support staff or other players in any interactive feature of the platform.

bjbaje is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to providing players with the tools necessary to maintain control over their gaming activity. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It should never be pursued as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

bjbaje provides the following responsible gaming tools, available to all registered players at no charge from the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.

bjbaje reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close any player account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

• Suspected engagement in fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity as outlined in Section 10.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to the dormant account policy detailed below.

• A legal obligation or regulatory instruction requiring bjbaje to close the account.

Dormant Account Policy: An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. bjbaje will notify the player via their registered email or mobile number before applying a dormant account administration fee of Rs 200 per month. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.

Upon permanent account closure for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real money balance will be returned to the player's last verified payment method within 10 business days. Bonus funds are non-refundable upon closure in all circumstances.

All intellectual property rights in the bjbaje platform — including but not limited to the bjbaje brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, written content, graphics, data compilations, and all other materials published or displayed on the platform — are the exclusive property of bjbaje or are used by bjbaje under licence from third-party rights holders.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bjbaje platform solely for their personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any bjbaje platform content for commercial purposes.
• Modifying, adapting, translating, or creating derivative works based on bjbaje's content or software.
• Removing, obscuring, or altering any copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary markings on the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bjbaje's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or the services shall be limited to the total amount of real money deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bjbaje shall not be liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, for any of the following categories of loss or damage, even if bjbaje has been advised of their possibility:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings.
• Loss arising from reliance on inaccurate odds, statistics, or data displayed on the platform.
• Loss arising from a player's failure to log out of their account on a shared or public device.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Loss resulting from events outside bjbaje's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service outages, power failures, natural disasters, or regulatory interventions.

Nothing in these Terms limits bjbaje's liability for death or personal injury caused by bjbaje's gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under bjbaje's international gaming licence jurisdiction.

Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts designated under bjbaje's operating licence for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution process described in Section 16 below.

These Terms shall be interpreted in the English language. Where a translation of these Terms is provided for convenience, the English-language version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or conflict between versions.
